No, Nina Garcia would not love this look. The dress is about as tacky as they come. The open back with ties look is dated and sad. It's also not appropriate for work, unless you're a hooker. This dress would make Nina Garcia shudder in horror.
We don't get to see the shoes.
Unless the thing dangling from her left hand is the shoes. But we can't really tell, so my point stands. We don't get to see the shoes.
